Liam Creedon, guitarist

Liam Creedon, a guitarist from Aberdeen, UK, embarked on his musical journey in 1996, mentored by jazz legend Scott Cruickshank. Through seminars and collaborations, notably with Les Nemes of Haircut100 fame, Liam cultivated a unique style. His passion for music, ignited by Pink Floyd, led to a diverse career spanning teaching and performing. Notable highlights include founding Amped Up Guitar School and his decade-long involvement with Wish You Were Floyd. Liam's dedication to his craft has been recognised by Jon Carin of Pink Floyd, who praised his deep understanding of music nuances. Beyond performing on stage, Liam has also contributed his expertise as a guitar technician to renowned touring artists, including Manny Charlton of Nazareth and Rod Jones of Idlewild. With Tonerider pure vintage and surfari pickups adorning his stage guitars for over a decade, Liam's audacity led him to audition for Dire Straits UK, The Sensational Alex Harvey Experience, and The Smashing Pumpkins.

The Fluffy Jackets are genuinely honored to showcase Liam Creedon's talent on our latest record. You can hear his guitar skills on the song called "Now that she is gone", available on The Fluffy Jackets album "The Rise And Fall of The Songwriter" (2024).
